At fashionyog.com, we want you to love your new fashion finds! We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a customer-friendly Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

What Can Be Returned?

You can return most new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged fashion items purchased on fashionyog.com within 7 days of delivery.
This includes:
- Clothing
- Jewelry
- Handbags
- Cosmetics (unopened packaging)
- Accessories

Exceptions:

There are a few exceptions to our return policy:
- Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Items with damaged or missing tags cannot be returned.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned.
- Cosmetics with opened or broken packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds and Replacements:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your request within 7 business days. You will receive a notification via email regarding your refund or replacement.

Refunds: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method for the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
Replacements: If you wish to replace an item with the same size and color (subject to availability), you can select that option during the return initiation process. We will ship the replacement free of charge.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer direct exchanges. However, you can easily return an unwanted item and use your refund to purchase the desired size or color.

Important Information:

- Please keep your proof of return receipt for your records.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse service to customers who abuse our return policy.
